Message From the President

Last month, Goucher celebrated its 135th Commencement ceremony with U.S. Rep. Jamie Raskin calling on graduates to “create a land of hope and dreams for everyone.” Here at Goucher, that ethos is part of our mission. We see that with our growing number of first-generation, Pell-eligible, and international students, our largest number of graduates from our Goucher Prison Education Partnership, and our Phi Beta Kappa inductees. Our innovative partnerships that allow our students to thrive, while expanding opportunities for lifelong learning, is how we continue to support our students’ success and enable them to be changemakers in the world.
